Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 May 2026

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 always apply. This policy is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.

Full refund

You can have a full refund if:

  • You change your mind before we start work on your draft. Email us within 12 hours of payment.
  • We cannot deliver within a reasonable time and you do not want to wait.
  • The draft we deliver is clearly not fit for purpose because of something we did wrong (for example, it is missing major sections or contains content about a different child).

Partial refund or revision

If part of the draft falls short of reasonable care and skill, we will revise it for free. If the revision still does not meet that standard, you can ask for a partial refund proportionate to the issue, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

No refund

We will not refund because:

  • The Ministry of Education declined your application. That decision is not within our control, and we never guarantee approval.
  • You changed your mind after the draft was delivered and was reasonable for the price paid.
  • You provided information that turned out to be incorrect, and the draft reflected what you provided.

How to ask

Email [contact email] with your order reference and a short explanation. We aim to reply within two working days, and to resolve any refund within seven working days.
